Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected changes can occur. Cancellation Policy for Retreat "Gateway to Medellin": FREE cancellation. You can cancel for free until 20 days before retreat start date. 100% deposit and paid balance are fully refundable. However, due to the nature of retreat planning and associated costs, if you cancel within 19 - 15 days of retreat start date, there is no refund and only 50% of the total payment may be credited toward a future retreat. Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date: No refunds or credits will be issued. Payment is accepted by Cash, Bank Transfer, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay. For exact dates and times for cancellation please refer to your booking summary email. No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend, arriving late, or leaving early.
